Born in 1979 and raised in Brussels, Christophe is the grandson of an artist in the Bauhaus vein, who passed on his love of art to him for 10 years.
After studying visual arts in high school, Christophe joined the Beaux Arts de Bruxelles for a 2-year residency.
Arrived in Paris in 2008, he joins "L’EFET", the Grande Ecole of Photography which offers programs of excellence allowing to obtain a title recognized by the State.
2 years later, freshly graduated, Christophe starts to work in the fashion world. But it is in still life that he will blossom the most.
Christophe likes to experiment during his photo and video shoots by working with different materials and textures and by creating abstract landscapes.
His references that pushed him in art school are Adolphe Bougereau, Jheronimous Bosch, Gustave Moreau, Marcus Larson.
In photography, he is inspired by Edward Curtis, Annie Leibovitz, Lee Miller, Richard Billingham, Diane Arbus, Jacob Riis and Ansel Adams
